Founder of Kymia Consulting,

I'm passionate about human nature and collective development, and I've been putting my expertise at the service of businesses and leaders for over 15 years.

After a rich career in the data and marketing sector, I chose to specialise in systemic team coaching and training, more specifically in management and sales.

Certified in systemic coaching by ANSE and in the Arc en Ciel DISC method, I combine powerful tools to help teams release their potential and achieve their goals.

I believe that each individual and each team has the resources within them to succeed. My role is to help them on their way by :

• Identifying relationship dynamics and sticking points.
• Providing practical tools adapted to their reality.
• Turning learning into concrete, measurable action.
